Nothing quick about this provider

Booked Melbourne Marriott the night before. Credit card promptly charged. 5:15pm check in next day at Marriott had no reservation under the name or the confirmation provided. No response to email for hours. A call at 5:15pm resulted in "booked my our partner and we will call you back after we speak with them". Only thing quick was a charge to my card for the amount. Unreliable and lacks service and recognition in hotel industry
