Bad customer service!
I booked a room using the app in the morning (got booking confirmation email) and when I tried to check in later that day, the hotel said that the reservation has been canceled. When I contacted hotelquickly, they said it was canceled because my CC didnt settle, but I checked with my CC and it is pending (not rejected).
They didnt even send me cancellation email which they claim they did (I even check my junk mail box). They didnt even try to help me resolve it by asking for a different credit card and just told me they cant help me any further with this issue. They left me high and dry!
