its not useful. The hotels lists are very limited. And the price is not in the best deals.

Dont know guys what you did with the app, but i even cannot login with existing account! App clothes at the login process. Latest IOS, latest ver of app, iPhone 6.

I have location services disabled on my phone, and instead of asking me to enable them, all the app does is continually flash a message and close it. It is stuck in an infinite loop.

This app is great if you find yourself traveling through and unexpectedly need a hotel for one night. App has a fun design and easy to use. Once had a problem checking in and called customer service, they sorted out the problem within 15 minutes and I was good to go! Very impressed with everything

This app does a great job to give you the best price and a vast selection. We really like the new look and how smooth it runs. Helped to not be stranded on my trip to Bali.

Recent update is slooow, unresponsive, unintuitive . Has a lot of bugs. Doesnt show expiry dates for credits!

Give an option to register on a website. I dont want to pick passwords on my mobile

Heard about this app over the radio today, and figured Id try it out. From just playing around with it, I noticed one big bug - the app crashes everytime I try to switch to another city. This would be a big issue if Im looking for a place to stay at my next stop the next day. Would be great if you can fix this bug! Other than that, it has a very neat UI and is easy to use! Great work!

Horrible CS. Booked a room, they cancelled it. Called them, no answer. Tried to book another room, locked out of my acct. called them again, no answer. Disaster all around

This app need more transparency. I found this app is fooling people with the so called promo code. For example, if I dont use the promo code, the final price is ($130). After applying promo code($30 discount), the hotel price magically raise about $30 as well (so the final price is still $130). Ive tried many different hotels and all of them worked this way. So wether you use or dont use the promo code the price will be the same. Cant really trust this fake promotion.

Booked Melbourne Marriott the night before. Credit card promptly charged. 5:15pm check in next day at Marriott had no reservation under the name or the confirmation provided. No response to email for hours. A call at 5:15pm resulted in "booked my our partner and we will call you back after we speak with them". Only thing quick was a charge to my card for the amount. Unreliable and lacks service and recognition in hotel industry

One hotel rejected my book. I lost money.

Quick bookings. Great for booking in asian countries. Use promocode ASHOF1 right after install (before suggested first code by app) for $15 USD credit. Customer service also helpful.
